Group Classes

The reformer is a piece of equipment that provides finely tuned resistance with a series of springs and optimal core control, creating flat abdominals, slender thighs and a strong back. This class pace is moderate yet extremely challenging, and will heighten body awareness and provide an invigorating total body workout. Expect to sweat and torch up to 600 calories per session!

Private Classes

Private sessions are effective to learn Pilates tailored just to your body. The instructor devotes undivided attention to the client’s specific needs and develops a class that is designed to create optimal results. The intensity of the workout is adjusted to the level appropriate for you.
